- Half-title page (for some Pressbooks themes)
- Table of contents
- Numeration and running content
- Part/chapter numbers
- Page numbers (PDF files only)
- Running content (PDF files only. See Theme Options for how to customize this.)
- Copyright notice
- Licence statement at the end of each chapter (web version only); this can be controlled by chapter
