JUST WORLD: Poems
Belonging
Joe Bisicchia
So much is to believing,
we are all
of a kind.
One by one by
everyone.
There is a house on the hill,
and in the valley,
and on a mountain,
and in the desert,
and on the water,
and in the forest,
and in the jungle,
and on the white tundra,
and within the elevated city,
and everywhere, same
of a kind.
The world is such a house.
And at heart of house,
find an embraced us.
The difference
between an address
and more importantly
home.
What a gift to belong.
Treasure box of our own.
