Totalitarian Science and Technology

This resource is in use at  Iowa State University (HIST 383, “Technology, Public Science, and European Culture, 1715-Present”). Although its inclusion in the Digital Commons suggests broad permissions, the text itself claims full copyright. In these cases, a quick communication with the author can generally procure permissions associated with needed use. Absent more specific permissions, use of this resource is best accomplished by linking directly to the site. If you want to use it and would me to see about broader permissions, let me know (kathy.essmiller@okstate.edu) and I will reach out to the author.  You are also more than welcome to reach out to the author yourself — you might be able to secure associated ancillary materials for your use, as well! The resource is available to read online at the link below this paragraph.
